This patch mainly just updates the car to the lighting standards of version 0.39 and adds a few minor things.
Added a fully synchronized 4-speed transmission, used by default in updated models

Added a variable-ratio transmission for motorcycle engines
Added support for a new tow hitch
Added fuel lines to both racing fuel tanks
Fixed a bug that prevented the 4-speed transmission shift lever from shifting into gears higher than 4th
Fixed a bug that caused the upper part of the rear edge of the roof to appear as an open connector
