Very detailed “suburban” area on the map. Covers a couple square miles. Adds about 5 miles of roads;
Adds a total of about 15 miles of roads to the map. Additions include highway areas and a new off-road section;
Added several appearance points;

Added light towers and some additional details in the airport area;
A few additional sounds;
Removed separate map configs ‘Night’ and ‘Whiteout’;
Ambient temperature made slightly cooler;
Bug fixes
