Description
Goblin Valley Rally – A rally map featuring a variety of challenges for single-player and multiplayer modes.
FEATURES:
Goblin Loop:
A paved highway winding through the countryside and climbing the rocky slopes above the plateau, with an inner loop connecting the section below the plateau. Perfect for time trials in Miramar.
The outer loop is 5 miles long. The inner loop is 4.5 miles long.
Rally Stage Roads:
13.5 miles of dirt and gravel roads winding through lush grassy hills, dense forests and thickets, sandy beaches, narrow technical canyons, rock climbs, descents and jumps along rivers, dangerous cliffs, dry desert and rocky plateaus, as well as several jumps (one with an alternative, safer route).
Hill Climbs In Goblin:
Several hill-climb challenges designed for various vehicles, including one with a double climb, a U-turn, and a descent back down.
EXTREME STUNT COURSE:
A carefully designed course with six consecutive stunts. Each requires precise timing and accuracy. Designed for the “standard” Cherrier Gravel Rally car, but can other cars pull off these stunts?
Two jumps over stunts poles… Try landing on the landing pads of the two poles. There’s also a “Build Your Own Track” area where you can create a short route using car props.

9 RALLYCROSS TRACKS:
A wide variety of rally tracks, wide enough for multiplayer races, some with “Joker Lap” lanes. All tracks are designed for two-way traffic.
(A “Joker Lap” is usually an additional lane branching off from the main track that racers must complete once and can choose on which lap they want to take it)
STRAIGHT EIGHT:
A mud track shaped like the number eight, featuring long straightaways and an additional “Joker Lap” lane.
This is a good track for faster cars.
GOBLIN MESSA:
A race along the dry, rugged slopes of the Mesa and back to the summit.
This track is best suited for mid-speed cars capable of handling the climbs.
It also features an inner lane for joker laps.
GOBLIN CREEK:
This is perhaps the second-longest rally track.
It has an unusual starting grid where you line up in front of the start/finish line rather than behind it. It runs along a creek and back, and features a spiral joker lap that also offers a choice between a narrow inner or a wider outer concrete obstacle.
GOBLIN MUDBOG:
Just as the name suggests. A rugged, muddy track best suited for all-wheel-drive vehicles such as the Hopper, Roamer, Rock Racer, or Side-by-Sides. (But beat-up cars are fun too.)
ISLAND LAKE:
A short and slow rallycross track, best suited for low-speed vehicles (like the Piccolina gravel rally track—hence the name of the pond). There’s also a “Joker Lane” here. It’s a fun and hilly track.
DANCING MAN:
The longest of the rallycross tracks. It got its name from how it looks from the air. It’s an all-gravel track, the widest and smoothest of the tracks for high-speed multiplayer races. The track also features a four-way and a six-way intersection, which are crossed 5 times per lap. This track also features a “Joker Lane” that descends toward a stream for a wet and muddy “Joker Lap.”
ENDUROCROSS:
This track is built in the style of enduro-cross motorcycle racing, featuring a grueling course of logs, rocks, mud, sand, culverts, pits, and extreme jumps. For this race, choose a sturdy vehicle with good suspension. You might get lucky for the first few laps—if you can even complete a lap at all. This is the only track with an optional “rolling start” that can accommodate 18 cars side by side.
DRIFTWOOD BAY:
A very winding paved track, perfect for multiplayer go-kart races or simply for endless drifting or Formula 1 racing.
SAND PIT:
Break out your favorite buggy. As the name suggests, this is a sandy track set among the rocky cliffs of Utah. Is there a shortcut? Should you take it?
OTHER FEATURES:
Find 15 hidden emojis (Easter egg hunt). You’ll find them all if you drive to them.
There may be a few spots suitable for navigating rocky obstacles.
In Version 1.07:
Frame Rate (FPS) Improvements:
Removed code that caused unnecessary landscape mesh rendering operations.
Removed about 10,000 more vegetation and rock objects (mostly models with a high number of polygons or those that were practically invisible).
Added about 25,000 new unique mushroom objects (5 species I created from scratch specifically for this map). The number seems impressive, but they have extremely low detail (few polygons), no collision detection, and the LOD (Level of Detail) system hides them at a distance of 30–50 meters, so there’s virtually no impact on FPS.
Lighting: I spent a lot of time fixing issues with the “butterfly effect” in the day-night cycle system (time was running backward due to two incorrect values in the Earth’s position settings).
If you’re still experiencing time-related issues—I don’t even know what to say. The day-night cycles and the default time (late morning) display correctly for me.
Straight 8 Track: Made the “Joker lanes” less challenging.
Goblin Creek Track: Added a 5-degree incline to the final turn. The track remains technically challenging, but now you can take that turn at a higher speed. I also reduced the depth of the mud and water in the central section near the stream so you can drive faster there. Increased the slope on the sharp turn taken when skipping the “joker.” Added more “Wayback Routes.”
Mesa Circuit: Smoothed out the unevenness near the starting zone. Filled in a deep pit immediately after the “joker” where players often ended up. Added a narrow strip of grass along the edges to better mark the track boundaries and cliffs. Added more “Wayback Routes.”
Dancing Man Circuit: Added more “Wayback Routes.”
What are “Wayback Routes”? That’s what I call the small bypass paths you can take to return to the start after a race without entering the main track and without risking a collision with racers who haven’t finished the race yet.
