Select the “Jonesing Pedestrians Mod” in the “License Plate” section, and pedestrians will appear all over the map.
They walk, make sounds, etc.
It really puts a strain on the FPS!

In Version 1.0.1:
Fixed a bug in the Ragdoll Pool system (performance improvement). This should significantly improve the mod’s performance.
Fixed a bug in the Ragdoll Pool system that previously always created 20 ragdolls and kept their physics active, which put a heavy load on the system. Now, the configuration parameter for “Ragdoll Dolls” is taken into account—the default value is 5—and the physics are not loaded until they are needed.
