Is 0.39 not enough? A TAA (Temporal Anti-Aliasing) mod has been released.
Installation: Just put it in the mods folder, and that’s it! TAA will work as long as the mod is active in the mod manager.
In version 1.7:

Switching the resampling method from the Kaiser algorithm to the mathematically optimal Wiener algorithm should improve sharpness during motion.
Clipping accuracy has been improved, and flickering and image ghosting have been reduced.
Another batch of fixes to improve stability. If you’ve encountered errors related to a monochrome or flickering screen, please check to see if they’ve been fixed.
