How To Add This To A Car:

Official (standard) Cars:
Open the «Parts» menu (wrench icon).
Set the «Additional Modification» slot to «Universal Exhaust Tuner» → Apply.
Open the «Tuning» menu → «Universal Exhaust Tuner» category → move the sliders or select a preset.
Mods:
Open the «Parts» menu.
In the «License Plate Design» slot, select «Universal Exhaust Tuner (mods)» → Apply.
Configure it in the same way in the «Tuning» menu.
