How To Add This To A Car:
Official (standard) Cars:

Open the «Parts» menu (wrench icon).
Set the «Additional Modification» slot to «Universal Exhaust Tuner» → Apply.
Open the «Tuning» menu → “Universal Exhaust Tuner” category → move the sliders or select a preset.
Mods:
Open the “Parts” menu.
In the «License Plate Design» slot, select «Universal Exhaust Tuner (mods)» → Apply.
Configure it in the same way in the «Tuning» menu.
In Version 1.3:
A major update that improves reliability and expands functionality. Adjustments to volume, openness, equalizer, and pops/pops are now handled by a real-time algorithm instead of editing exhaust system nodes— so the exhaust can no longer disconnect or become distorted on any car or engine (fixes an issue encountered by some users of the ETK, Barstow, and others). Pops and crackles are back, presets work correctly, and the sound is louder.
