This mod contains Sibir localization, ferry removal and a compatibility patch for ProMods The Great Steppe
- added localization to English, Russian and Portuguese (rest of the languages are in English)
- fixed country conflict between Sibir and ProMods The Great Steppe
- removed ferry connections to Sibir
