Small bugfix update to Base and Headlights Addons.

Changes:
Fixed not working Roof and Front aux lights
Improved tail and brake lights textures
Added City Lights 4.6.2 and 4.6 to zip archive (forgot to include them in previous upload)

Key Features:

Completely reworked flares
Realistic headlights patterns with 6 different colors (up to 50 modded trucks supported)
Modified SCS AI traffic with 9 headlights color variants and 2 red/brake signals in Traffic Addon
Dimmed street lamps in City Lights Addon

IMPORTANT!
Traffic Addon now require Sound Fixes Pack, otherwise traffic won’t spawn!
