The mod works for all versions.
The fifth wheel appears when you detach the trailer and disappears when you attach it…
Extract the file from the download zip folder.
Inside, you’ll find two files: the base mod and the template.
The template is for modifying the top of the fifth wheel cover.
Read the “read me” file inside the “EXTRACT” file, where I’ve explained the procedures in more detail.

How to install this mod (Full installation guide)

Download and extract the mod. File extension should be .scs (ModsHost download guide).
Find the mods folder on your computer
- Windows – /Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod
Copy the downloaded file to your Mods folder
Launch the game and enjoy your mod!
