Fixes compatibility between the Road To Asia fix made by GMC Logistics and Russian Expansion map caused by Russian Expansion’s road connection overwriting the fix.

This adds ISO Codes for South East Asia Map (This fixes the transparent flags issue in the “Map exploration” tab in the game) Compatible with 1.48 and 1.49 (will be updated with every game update) Place on top of SEA map in mod manager Requires: SouthEast Asia
