All standalone.
Works on any maps.
Compatible with all my packs.
For version 1.50.x
Included versions for Russian maps (Russian vehicles only on Russian maps) and all other maps (Russian vehicles everywhere).
You must have in mod folder two files:
russian_traffic_pack_by_Jazzycat_base.scs
and
russian_traffic_pack_by_Jazzycat_def_for_non-russian_maps.scs

or
russian_traffic_pack_by_Jazzycat_def_for_russian_maps.scs
