Adds drawbar double, B-double B-triple and HCT trailers in a variety of body styles in traffic
Adds more cargo in traffic from the various cargo DLCs

Russian doubles & oversize now only in the bits of former Soviet Union that aren’t the Baltic countries or Moldova
SCS livestock trailers now have alloys!
