You can find it in the placeable objects under the tools.Dragging the hoses works with easy developer control, you need to turn on the strong man. Operate it based on the Youtube video. I have equipped it with a real hydrant “drag hose” system, so it is realistic. Sometimes the hoses tend to bug out in certain situations. Use the store delivery mode to buy hoses.
