Changed level and clear areas. Added translations. Fixed the issues that showed up in Testrunner.

In my opinion, there was a missed opportunity to make the pumps on the rice patties function as water filling points. Yes, if you turn them on and start filling your field, you can fill from the water puddle that forms, but this is more flexible and easier to deal with. You can put this trigger down beside *any* building you think should be a water fill point and you’re good to go.
