Features:

Separate cough sounds for male and female characters, auto-matched to your character
A cough every 3-10 minutes, in the cab and on foot

No menu, no configuration: install and play
Multiplayer supported: every player hears their own cough

Console commands:
rcCough [male|female] rcCoughGender [auto|male|female] rcCoughInterval [minMinutes] [maxMinutes]
