Description
FS25 RealisticDamage adds a lightweight vehicle wear and damage system focused on how you drive and use your machines.
Features:
WARNING! This has a disable for tabbing to other vehicles/exiting the vehicle unless completely stopped.
Damage from direct vehicle impacts
Separate implement-only impact handling
Rollover damage
Minimal on-screen HUD
HUD hides correctly in menus and the ESC screen
Uses the base-game repair system
Draggable HUD position
Controls:
Left Alt + V = toggle HUD move mode
Drag the HUD with the mouse while move mode is enabled
This mod is designed as a clean standalone damage system and can also serve as a foundation for larger vehicle realism setups.

Fixed wall and trailer collision damage not triggering correctly in newer builds
Kept rollover and rough-terrain damage working from the stable baseline
Added stop-to-exit protection so players must slow down before leaving a moving vehicle
Added stop-to-switch protection so Tab vehicle switching is blocked while moving above the speed limit
Tuned the exit and vehicle-switch speed gate to use the working low-speed threshold
