This script allows sheep to consume straw and produce manure in the basegame. But for this to work you need a sheep barn that can accommodate straw and produce manure.

This mod does not globally turn all subsoilers into plows. It only allows a cultivator work area during a plowing contract when the tool is a real subsoiler with the cultivator subsoiler specialization.
