Added Lizard Helicopter Tank compatibility
Added window tint options
Added front fender options
Added cab monitor options (Climate FieldViewer & Precision Planting)

Added RealGPS compatibility (Takes over FeildViewer screen when active)
Fixed missing EU placards
Added steering wheel tilt control

THESE MODS ARE PC ONLY. I do plan to bring the Magnum update (with even more content) to all platforms eventually. I am also considering making similar tanks for all platforms, however they will probably need to be re-modeled since these ones are very high poly count.
