Color selection, capacity selection

Color selection revised, tarpaulin can now also be colored.

First of all, I know there is already a mod like this somewhere, but here is my version of it.
The two trailers have been given a complete color selection and a capacity selection.
I know that this is not quite as realistic but I was asked to make it available.
