REQUIREMENTS
OpenIV
Map Builder V (if you use menyoo load or if you want the vehicles to load)
Menyoo (if you want Franklin’s underground base) in version 1.1(coming soon)
ScriptHookV

INSTALL
Double click the .oiv file
Install in mods folder
Go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
Open dlclist.xml and add dlcpacks:/franklin_mega_mansion/
