My customized version of the penthouse located in Central Park Tower.

ADDITIONS: You need the following mod to fully enjoy this apartment: LCPP: Park Avenue + central park tower (Liberty City Preservation Project)

You also need the latest version of Menyoo installed along with all related scripthook components.

Introduction: The most expensive penthouse in the world can now be yours! Enjoy sweeping views of Liberty City from an unprecedented height, surrounded by beautiful 360 views, a room overlooking downtown, and a ballroom that can double as a car showroom or whatever you desire.

Installation:
1. Download the mod and unzip it to your favorite location.
2. Drag the file (Central Park Tower Penthouse 1.0.xml) to the (menyooStuff/Spooner) folder in your GTAV folder.
3. In the game, go to the menyoo and (open spooner) menu, and click load.
4. Enjoy your expensive apartment. 😀
