To Install It Go To:
C:/Games/Grand.Theft.Auto.V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/patchday4ng.rpf/player_zero
and replace all files

Go To:
C:/Games/Grand.Theft.Auto.V/mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_zero
and replace all files

for the harley davidson outfit open the harley davidson folder
go to C:/Games/Grand.Theft.Auto.V/mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_zero

and replace all files except the p_head_diff_023_a.ytd file

go to C:/Games/Grand.Theft.Auto.V(/mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpedprops.rpf/player_zero_p
and replace p_head_diff_023_a.ytd

in menyoo you will find the full outfit under
Torso 18 – 0
Legs 17 – 0
Hands 19 – 0
Shoes 9 – 0
Accessories – Hats – 23 – 0

I recommend to backup your files first before you replace them.
