Grovest house in downtown LS, Ive made this for you guys to use as you want!
There will be a more detailed version with a garage on my website in a few weeks, but for now, you¨ll have to settle with this!

Installation SINGLEPLAYER:
1) – Open the file with 7zip, Winrar or any other program that allows you to unzip
these types of files.
2) – Put “grovest1” folder into ‘mods/update/x64/dlcpacks’ director.
3) – add dlcpacks:/grovest1/ in the dlclist.xml located at ‘mods/update.rpf/common/data’.
4) – Start your Singleplayer and enjoy

Installation [MAPPING] FIVEM:
A)- Open the file with 7zip, Winrar or any other program that allows you to unzip these types of files

B)- Put “grovest1_mp” into your MAP FOLDER
C)- Open your server.cfg and “start grovest1_mp”
D)- Start your server and enjoy
