THE DECO TOWER – a 1930s Art Deco residential tower in West Vinewood, built as a living building for GTA V Story Mode.
Works with MP maps on or off.

THE LOBBY

• Sunburst rotunda with a crystal chandelier, travertine columns and an imperial staircase with bronze balustrades
• Concierge desk with a receptionist, lounge bar with a bartender who pours you a drink
• Garden pavilion with pool terrace, residents’ gallery, bronze Art Deco elevator doors
• Residents, staff, a janitor, a maid, a gardener and a poodle bring it to life (day and night)

THE PRIVATE ELEVATOR

• A working bronze button panel and a real 5-second ride with the original elevator sounds.

No loading screens, no fades, no camera lock.

THE PENTHOUSE

• Grand salon with city views, cigar bar with a bartender, library with a secret bookcase room,

dining room, kitchen, master suite, dressing room and master bath

• TLZ DOMUS smart home tablets: curtains per room (open / close / automatic), scenes and party lights
• Pour yourself a whisky or a glass of wine, sit at the desk, sleep, take a shower

VALET SERVICE

• Leave your car at the door and ask for it at the concierge. The valet brings it back driving to the kerb

with the same model, colours, mods, wheels, neons and plate. Up to 10 cars, saved between sessions.

REQUIREMENTS
OpenIV (mods folder), ScriptHookV, Script Hook V .NET 3. Packfile Limit Adjuster recommended.

INSTALLATION

1. Copy SP/tlzdecotower to Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/tlzdecotower
2. In OpenIV add to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml: dlcpacks:/tlzdecotower/
3. Copy scripts/TlzDecoLift.3.cs to Grand Theft Auto V/scripts/

LOCATION: X -310.8 Y 225.4 Z 88.0 (main entrance, West Vinewood)

NOTE: the MLO is built inside the original art deco tower (ss1_07). To open the lobby to the street it includes edited
copies of that tower only (model + collisions) and of the ss1 occlusion. Not compatible with other mods that edit the same tower.
