Description
How To Install Custom Sirens:
Download & Install OpenIV
Enable Edit Mode: Open OpenIV and go to GTA V > Mods > x64 > audio > sfx > RESIDENT.rpf.
Extract & Edit: Find vehicles.awc, extract it as .oac, and replace the siren files. (The .wav files that is in the files) 3 of them!
Re-import & Save: Put the modified .oac back into OpenIV.
Test In-Game: Load GTA 5, spawn an emergency vehicle, and check the sirens.
WARNING
Mods are not allowed in GTA Online. Use at your own risk!
