–OpenIV/CodeWalker (or any RPF writer)
HOW TO INSTALL
Copy popcycle.dat to “mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5”
Copy popgroups.ymt to “mods/update/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5”
