Installation:
Download And Open Codewalker Rpf Explorer.exe
Navigate To Update.rpf/X64/Patch/Data/Effects/ptfx_High.rpf

Right Click On Core.Ypt And Choose Export .xml
Then Open The Folder Where The .xml Was Exported And replace The Files With This Mod
Then open ptfx_high.rpf and import the core.ypt.xml it will import the .DDS file too if there is a core folder beside the .xml

Optional

Place ptfx_smoke_wispy_anim.dds in Core Folder Which Will Be Created when Core Ypt Is Extracted With Codewalker.
