Installation
Open OpenIV And Go To:

mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mig21b/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gtav/vehicles/vehicles.rpf/

Turn on Edit Mode.

Open the mig21b.ytd file.

Replace the existing livery texture (e.g., mig21b_sign_1) with the new IAF image.

Click Save and launch the game.

How to Spawn
Open your mod menu/trainer and spawn by name: mig21b
