READ ME:
For RPF files replace and view

• OpenIV or Codewalker

For Add-on peds

• Using OpenIV or codewalker, put all files into GTAV>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonpeds>dlc.rpf>peds.rpf
• Run AddonPeds (Run as admin)
• Click new ped and Called “DrSimiSkin”
• Then The Sex is A Male.
• the is streamed is false.
