For Singleplayer:

✦ Install “MpClothes”
✦ Drag and drop the files into the following path: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpclothes/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mpclothes_female.rpf/mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_clothes_01
