Drag and drop in your Resource folder and ensure P1_lspd in your server.cfg
How To Install On SinglePlayer:
Download addonpeds
- Unzip File
- Drag and Drop files into your Addon Peds DLC using OpenIV
(mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/addonpeds/dlc/peds.rpf)
- Open AddonPeds Editor as a Administrator
- Create A New Ped As:
Peep, Male, True, Click on Add Ped, Press on Rebuild
