Bugs: Only Fingers , Not Always on precision.
The rest everything is fine.

Installation: you need Asi Pedselector
using Open IV, copy skins files into Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/addonpeds/dlc.rpf/peds.rpf
use AddonPeds Editor.Exe and add “Snoop93” as male and rebuild.
Done
