👉 Installation: You need AddonPeds.
Using Open IV, copy skin files into Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/addonpeds/dlc.rpf/peds.rpf.
Use AddonPeds Editor.exe and add “BlackCat” and “BlackCat2” as Female, then rebuild.
Done.
