This mod is a remake of the Franklin’s beta haircut, seen in various promotional screens and videos

Requirements (Legacy):

• RageOpenV or OpenIV.asi (included with OpenIV)
• OIV Package Installer

Requirements (Enhanced):

• RageOpenV or OpenRPF
• OIV Package Installer

Installation (Legacy):

• Install the “Legacy.oiv” package with the OIV Package Installer

Installation (Enhanced):

• Install the “Enhanced.oiv” package with the OIV Package Installer

• Updated the mod to replace the “Triple Rails” haircut (necessary in order to avoid it from being overidden by Bugstar Fixes)
