Simply download this OIV automatic installation package
Launch OpenIV and enter Edit Mode
Directly drag and drop the downloaded oiv file into the OpenIV program window
Follow the on screen pop up prompts to complete one click automatic installation
Restart GTA 5 and the mod will take effect normally
