I just uploaded face textures.So I recommend you download Niko Bellic MP Male Outfit.It has made by theNGclan and Doctor Mike.
INSTALLATION
Use OpenIV, move my file to mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_mp.rpf/mp_m_niko_01
