Sanji character from One Piece

Installation Instructions:
Step 1:
Open OpenIV and enable Edit Mode.
Navigate to:
Drag and drop the sanji character files into the peds.rpf folder.
Step 2:
Launch AddonPeds Editor and add sanji as a new character.
Step 3:
Save the AddonPeds configuration and click Rebuild.
Step 4:
Launch GTA V and use your trainer/Menyoo to spawn sanji in-game.
