- Using OpenIV, put all files into GTAV>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonpeds>dlc.rpf>peds.rpf
- Run AddonPeds (Run as admin)
- Click new ped and Called “ted the boss baby”
- Then The Sex is A Male.
- the is streamed is false.
