INSTALLATION GUIDE:

Installation download either SP or FiveM version

After Installation Using Single Player as an example: Extract and paste folder “stephwusnpilot” into D:/Steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/update/x64/dlcpacks/

Then add in this into dlclist.xml at D:/Steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data:
<Item>dlcpacks:/stephwusnpilot/</Item>

Now you need A ped prop limit adjuster

You will also need a trainer like menyoo to allow you to switch into freemode body since this clothing is only for freemodemale

Now enter modelchanger in menyoo and choose freemode male, now enter wardrobe and select clothing accordingly they would be found nearing the end as they add onto vanilla clothing
