What does this mod actually do?
Cures Suicidal Tendencies: Stops NPC drivers from panicking and executing a 90-degree turn straight into oncoming traffic just because you exist near them.
Highway Sanity: Finally brings peace to country roads and highways where bots used to lose their minds at the sight of a slightly crooked bumper.
Basic Survival Instincts: Instead of transforming into homicidal maniacs, drivers will actually (gasp!) use their brakes and stay in their own damn lanes.

into your

folder, sit back, and enjoy driving through Los Santos without feeling like every single NPC is a paid assassin hired by Merryweather.
