Welcome to the first release of Castlevania: Dracula Mod for GTA V.

This project brings the power, atmosphere and supernatural combat style of Dracula from the Castlevania universe into Los Santos through custom melee combat, vampire abilities, transformations, custom animations, visual effects, sounds and original gameplay systems.

REQUIREMENTS

Script Hook V by Alexander Blade
Script Hook V .NET Enhanced by Chiheb-Bacha
.NET Framework 4.8 or newer
Microsoft Visual C Runtime x64

Script Hook V .NET Enhanced is the SHVDN-based runtime used by this mod and supports both GTA V Legacy and GTA V Enhanced.

### CONTROLS

**CTRL + D** — Enable / Disable the Dracula Script
**E** — Open / cycle through the ability selection menu

> **Important:** The Dracula Script must be enabled with **CTRL + D** before using the mod’s abilities.

Some abilities may have unique controls or require holding the ability button. Additional controls and gameplay features may be added or changed in future updates.

GTA V LEGACY INSTALLATION

1. Install Script Hook V.

2. Install Script Hook V .NET Enhanced.

3. Install OpenIV and make sure your mods folder is configured correctly.

4. Extract the downloaded archive.

5. Open the included Castlevania Dracula Mod OIV package with OpenIV.

6. Install the package into the mods folder.

7. Launch GTA V.

8. Hold CTRL and press D to enable the Dracula script.

GTA V ENHANCED INSTALLATION

GTA V Enhanced requires an Enhanced-compatible mods folder loader.

Use OpenRPF together with an Enhanced-compatible OIV Package Installer.

Install Script Hook V and Script Hook V .NET Enhanced, then install the included Dracula Mod OIV package into your Enhanced mods folder.

Do not use the original Legacy OpenIV.asi with GTA V Enhanced.

IMPORTANT – DRACULA CHARACTER MODEL

The script does not require one specific Dracula character model.

You can use any compatible custom player model you prefer.

The Dracula model shown in the screenshots and gameplay trailer was created by TheDarkKnight.

That model is not included in this download and is used only for presentation and gameplay footage.

Free alternative Dracula models are available on GTA5-Mods.com, including Castlevania-inspired models.

KNOWN ISSUES

This is the first release of the project and some issues may still occur depending on the player’s setup.

Some custom animations may take a short moment to stream the first time they are used.
Compatibility with large superhero or gameplay overhaul mods may vary.
Other mods that directly modify player health, invincibility, damage, animations or player state may interfere with Dracula’s systems.
Scripted finishing moves from other mods may behave differently depending on how those mods manipulate the player character.
Visual effects may appear slightly different depending on graphics settings and installed visual mods.

Feedback and bug reports are welcome and will help improve future versions.

CONTENT REUSE AND PERMISSIONS

Do not reupload, redistribute, repack, sell or include Castlevania: Dracula Mod or its original files in another mod or modpack without permission.

Third-party assets remain subject to the licenses and permissions of their respective creators.

Gameplay videos, reviews, screenshots, showcases and streams using the mod are welcome.
