Description

In base gta v, when you kill someone driving a vehicle theyll slump over and press down the horn on the steering wheel. It always bugged me that this horn sound would just stop after a few seconds like why they should be dead and dead people don’t move

so this fixes this and you can have your eternal honk now

installation: place all files in the downloaded zip into your scripts folder in your main gta v directory, you also need to install scripthookvdotnet nightly

i made this for myself but thought it’d be fun to share it
