Note: First you need pass theory test then you can attend practice test. If both test passed then your licensed issued.
If the player drives without any of these licenses, they will receive a wanted level of 1.

How To Install:
1. Put dmv folder here /mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
2. Open dlclist.xml and add dlcpacks:/dmv/ after the last line and save it
3. Put DMV.dll, DMV.pdb and DMV.ini into the “scripts” folder
