EVEM is an improved and updated version of Extended Video Export (EVE), built on EVE and EVER to provide high-quality Rockstar Editor exports with additional features, fixes, and support for GTA V Enhanced.

Export videos using custom presets, including H.264, H.265, ProRes, lossless formats, image sequences, and more.

FFmpeg 8.1 is included. No Voukoder or additional Microsoft Visual C Runtime installation required.

EVEM Preset Maker: Create, edit, manage, and test encoding presets without launching the game.

Custom Frame Rates: Export at 24, 30, 60, 120 FPS and more, including exact fractional rates such as 23.976 and 59.94.
Motion Blur: Adjustable motion blur samples and strength for smoother cinematic footage.
Camera Shake Fix: Fixes unwanted camera shaking caused by Smooth Blend keyframes in exported videos.
Higher Resolutions: 2K and 4K options for FiveM and Legacy, with native game-resolution exports on Enhanced.
ReShade and ENB: Capture visual effects in FiveM and Legacy exports.
ReShade Menu: Manage EVEM presets and settings through ReShade with add-on support (FiveM / Legacy).
Additional Tools: OpenEXR export, watermark removal, detailed logs, and crash reports.

GTA V ENHANCED SUPPORT

EVEM introduces support for GTA V Enhanced, including:

Custom video encoding with FFmpeg.
Exports at your configured game resolution, including 1440p and 4K.
Custom FPS and motion blur settings.
DLAA preservation during exports.
Support for graphics modifications that affect the game’s rendering, such as NaturalVision Enhanced and RenoDX.

Enhanced support is still experimental. Some Rockstar Editor clips may freeze during export. ReShade effects, OpenEXR, watermark removal, and the ReShade menu are not yet available on Enhanced. High motion blur sample counts may also require a separate audio export.

EVEM PRESET MAKER

A standalone tool (EVEM/EVEM Preset Maker.exe) to create and edit presets without launching the game, like EVE’s EncoderConfig, but without Voukoder.

FFmpeg Options: Browse available encoders and containers, including their settings, supported values, ranges, and descriptions. Hardware encoders requiring an NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel GPU are marked.
Video and Audio: Configure encoders, pixel and sample formats, colour settings, bitrate, quality, x264/x265 parameters, and filters.

REQUIREMENTS
Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit).
FiveM: No additional dependencies.
GTA V Legacy: ScriptHookV with ASI Loader.
GTA V Enhanced: ScriptHookV for GTA V Enhanced with ASI Loader.
ReShade: Optional.

INSTALLATION

FiveM
Open %LOCALAPPDATA%/FiveM/FiveM.app/plugins/
Copy EVEM.asi and the EVEM folder into this directory.
Remove any existing ExtendedVideoExport.asi or EVER.asi.

GTA V Legacy
Install ScriptHookV.
Copy EVEM.asi and the EVEM folder next to GTA5.exe.
Remove any existing ExtendedVideoExport.asi or EVER.asi.

GTA V Enhanced
Install ScriptHookV for GTA V Enhanced.
Copy EVEM_Enhanced.asi and the EVEM folder next to GTA5_Enhanced.exe.

Existing EVE/EVER presets can be imported into EVEM. By default, exported videos are saved to your Windows Videos folder unless a custom output folder is configured.
