INSTALLATION

Install the required ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet
GangLife.3 and GangLife folder goes inside the scripts folder

Mod works for legacy i didnt tested it on enhanced version

FEATURES

Choose Your Gang

Join one of three gangs

Each gang has its own characters, locations, colors and territory

You can change your character from the gang selection system

Gang Protection

Your gang members recognize you as one of their own

Rival gang members will become hostile, while your own gang members can protect you during encounters

Gang relationships and territory ownership affect which gang members appear in controlled areas

Recruit Homies

You can recruit members of your own gang

Aim at your gang member/homie and use E to make them join you, aim at then again, press E and disable it, they will go away

Your homies can:

Follow you
Fight alongside you
Ride with you
Help you during gang activities and fights

GANG MISSIONS

Gang Life includes several missions that can be started from the Gang Missions menu

Missions clean themselves up when completed or failed, mission related blips, spawned vehicles/peds are removed when necessary

GANG WAR & TERRITORIES

Gang Life features a territory system where different gangs can control areas of Los Santos

Territories can change ownership through gang activity and gang wars

When entering territory controlled by another gang, they will attack you

Gang wars can trigger enemy attacks which you must defend against with your gang

You can also attack enemy territories

Enemy gang will attack you every 10-30 minutes

GANG ACTIVITIES

You can use different activities around your gang locations, including:

Smoking
Drinking beer
Using an iFruit

activities have their own animations and durations

GANG CRIB

Your gang has its own crib where you can spend time with your homies

The crib includes useful locations such as:

Armor
Ammunition
Gang members
Gang-related activities

Each gang has its own setup and location

GANG UPGRADES

Gang money can be used for different upgrades and advantages
Available upgrades include:

Service Carbine
Carbine Rifles for homies
Police bribe
Additional gang members during gang wars

Upgrades are purchased through the gang upgrade system and are saved for your gang

You will earn gang cash by killing enemies, doing missions or capturing teritories

CONTROLS

E / Enter, Left Arrow / Right Arrow, Esc
Interact with gang locations, missions and available prompts

G
Call gang backup during an active wang war, you can do it every 20 seconds and you should call them all the time while at gang war, because its not that easy to do it on your own

J – Open activities menu

Shift – end activity

BASKETBALL

Gang Life also includes a basketball activity

The basketball location has its own map marker

Aim with the black special crosshair while you do it

MUSIC & SOUND

Gang Life uses custom audio for certain locations and activities

SAVE SYSTEM

Gang-related progression such as purchased upgrades and gang specific progress is saved by the mod

Your progress is separated by gang where applicable

OPTIONAL FILE FOR YOUR

If you use other scripts that heavily modify gangs, territories, peds or mission systems, compatibility may vary

For the best experience, make sure your ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet installation is up to date and working correctly before troubleshooting Gang Life itself

When you load into the game with the mod installed, you will see the “scripts” folder create itself, when the mod files are already in the scripts folder (which is good placement ofc), remember that its completelly normal, you shouldnt do anything with it, because thats where your progress will be updated all the time while you achieve something new

The mod will be updated later on

If you notice any bugs, or something that you dont like, comment on the mod, one important thing is that it was very hard for me to fix the invisibility for the dogs, you should just run away from them if they would attack you, i will try to delete them in the next update

If you die once or twice, dont worry, you will earn the gang cash step by step and you will be able to buy upgrades that will help you, because after all, the mod’s name doesn’t lie
