GTAO Mansions in SP finally brings the Mansions from the Safehouse on the Hills update into Single Player. Michael, Franklin, or Trevor can now purchase luxury mansions in Richman, Vinewood Hills, or Tongva Hills, all fully integrated into Story Mode.

The mod features the complete GTA Online-style purchase UI, along with purchasable pets and extensive interior customization, including paintings, sculptures, and trophies. Players can personalize their mansion to reflect their status and achievements.

A fully customizable multi-floor garage is also included. Choose between 10 vehicles per floor (GTA Online style) or expand to 20 vehicles per floor, with additional dedicated slots for a Podium Vehicle and two exterior parked vehicles.

GTAO Mansions in SP also includes fully animated gym workout activities, a working jacuzzi, and a fully animated cigar lounge complete with custom particle effects.

Players can own pets directly through the mansion’s Mansion Management Menu, allowing the purchase of a cat or dog to bring the property to life. As well as fully intergrated petting animations built in.

The mansion features fully animated drinking interactions, ranging from hand-placed wine, whiskey, and green juice to staffed bartenders serving a full selection of beverages, including whiskey and champagne.

Install

1. download and Install scripthookv + Scripthookvdotnet (latest Scripthookvdotnet nightly if your on the latest game patch)
2. create a scripts folder (named scripts and not Scripts) if you havent got one already
3. drag GTAO_MansionsInSP.dll, GTAO_MansionsInSP folder, GTAO_MansionsInSP.pdb into script
4. Drag HKHModHelperNew.dll and HKH Mod Helper folder into scripts (minimum verison required is version 25.0
5. Install LemonUI for SHVDN3
6. using openIV drag and drop GTAOMansionsInSP.ytd into mods/update/update.rpf/x64/textures/script_txds.rpf/
7. iFruitAddon2.dll and iFruitAddon2 folder into scripts
8. Launch GTAV, and you should have the Prix Luxury Estate blip in Richman, go there to purchase a mansion
