Just get out of the car, get in front of the hood and press “F5” to fix it. See the repair interaction yourself.

Mod Requirements:
>> Script Hook V and ScriptHookVdotnet
>> LuaV plugin

Installation:
>> Install LuaV first by copying all the contents to your GTAV folder.

>> After that, copy the VehicleRepair.lua from the mod folder to “GTAV / lua” folder.
