Description

This is just a fun little script to add some excitement to Sandy Shores. Juggalos are on the rampage with baseball bats and out to cause mayhem. They will not be able to enter the safehouse but everywhere else is fair game.

The original code had issues with the Juggalos attacking inside the safehouse among other bugs. This fixed those issues and enhanced the targeting and tracking, spawning, and also optimized the script to create less stutter.

Pairs well with Rebalanced Dispatch Enhanced.
