Lock your doors people, its a bad neighborhood!

This extremely simple script locks the doors of running cars, requiring that the player play a break in animation before stealing it. Realism, am I right?

Features:
Sets vehicle doors to locked on nearby vehicles with running engines and peds inside
checks every three seconds to not obliterate the framerate
