Whenever I hear Jock Cranley speaking on Blaine County Radio, I can’t help but wonder what kind of initiative he would introduce if he turned his attention toward Los Santos.
That thought became the inspiration for Los Santos Treasury Bonds.
With Los Santos constantly expanding, maintaining its infrastructure, attracting tourists, funding law enforcement, and keeping the city powered, the government needs money to keep its ambitious projects moving.
Now, ordinary citizens have an opportunity to participate.
The Los Santos Treasury has opened its doors to private investors.
Choose a government project, purchase a bond, wait for its maturity date, and receive your investment back with interest.

HOW TO PLAY THE MOD
1. OPEN YOUR PHONE
Open the in-game iFruit phone.
2. CONTACT THE TREASURY
Open Contacts and select Treasury Bonds.
Call the Treasury Bonds contact to access the Los Santos Treasury website.
3. CHECK YOUR TREASURY STATUS
After connecting to the Treasury, you will receive a Treasury Status report showing your current bond information.
The Report Displays:
Current Active Bond
Bond Investment
Bond Interest
Payment Due In
4. PURCHASE A BOND
Once the Treasury website opens, select one of the available government projects.
Choose the investment option you want and confirm your purchase.
Your investment will immediately be deducted from your available funds.
5. WAIT FOR MATURITY WHICH TAKES 10 REAL LIFE MINUTES
Once purchased, your bond becomes active.
You can only hold one active government bond at a time.
The Treasury will track the maturity time while you remain in the game.
6. RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT
When the bond reaches maturity, the Treasury automatically pays you your original investment plus the applicable interest.
No manual collection is required.
Your payment is deposited directly into your available funds.
IMPORTANT
1. Only one government bond can be active at a time.
2. If GTA V is closed before an active bond reaches maturity, the bond is cancelled and no payment is issued.
3. The bond maturity period is 10 minutes.
4. In Treasury Bonds App you can click Bonds Tab and News Tab
5. Exit Treasury Website by pressing Esc
